To our customers,


     Per State of Minnesota Emergency Executive Order 20-81
 
  • Masks are REQUIRED in the showroom for any Alex Power Equipment Team Members and customers.
    • Mandatory face coverings may only be removed by a Team Member if/when a Team Member is alone, in a cubicle with walls that are higher than face level, a vehicle, or the cab of heavy equipment or machinery.
      • Team members must carry a face covering to be prepared for person-to-person interaction and to be used when no longer alone.
  • Masks are not required of Team Members of the Service Department working in their stations except:
    • When working with less than six feet with another mechanic.
    • When working with a customer.
    • When entering the showroom or Parts Department,
  • NO CUSTOMERS ARE ALLOWED IN ALEX POWER EQUIPMENT SHOP AT ANY TIME OR FOR ANY REASON.
    • Mechanics work is strenuous and mask use is not recommended; to ensure their safety the Alex Power Equipment Shop is OFF LIMITS to all customers. Thank you for your understanding.

As the COVID-19 Coronavirus continues to affect our community, we are being proactive to meet your needs. If we work together (but at a socially safe distance) we will have a bright season ahead of us. Our doors are open for business for customers if you feel comfortable shopping.   • NO HANDSHAKE POLICY
  • NO CUSTOMERS ALLOWED IN OUR SHOP
  • ENCOURAGING EMPLOYEES TO STAY HOME AT ANY SIGN OF SICKNESS - YES, EVEN THE SLIGHTEST SNIFFLE.

  • You are welcome to come in and visit with a member of our Parts Department at the parts counter.
    • If you prefer not to come in we do offer CURBSIDE Pick-Up,
    • Visit with a member of our Parts Department by phone at 320-763-4994.

  • Provide Year, Make, and Model of your machine.
  • Provide Engine Model Number.
    • If you are already a customer and bought your equipment from us, we should have all this information on file

  • Our doors are open for business for customers if you feel comfortable doing your business at our counter.
  • Dropping off your equipment. We’re happy to take your service information by phone or via our website before you drop-off. 
  • No customers are allowed in our shop. We are doing our best to keep our mechanics is a clean working environment.
  • Picking up equipment.
    • Please call one hour before you plan to arrive so your equipment will be outside, ready for pick-up.
